Hopeful Horizons Counseling’s Virtual Process Group for Pre-Licensed Therapists is a supportive space designed for clinicians who feel overwhelmed, self-doubting, or unsure if they are “doing it right” as they grow into their professional role. If you find yourself questioning your skills after sessions, carrying emotional overload, or longing for more confidence and connection, this group is for you.
Facilitated by Samantha Kipfinger, LCSW, this weekly virtual group offers a warm, honest, and nonjudgmental environment where pre-licensed therapists can process their experiences, share openly, and feel understood by peers who truly get it.
Together, we will build confidence in your clinical voice, strengthen trust in your judgment, develop a healthier relationship with yourself as both a clinician and a person, and learn how to advocate for your needs in supervision, agencies, and client work.
You do not have to carry the weight of this work alone. Healthy support, validation, and growth are possible!
This Group is for Individuals Who:
Are healing from harmful religious experiences
Whether from a high-control group, spiritual abuse, or legalistic teachings, you’re looking to process what happened in a supportive space.
Are questioning, deconstructing, or rebuilding belief systems
You may be unsure what you believe now—or you’re seeking to redefine faith, identity, and values on your own terms.
Feel isolated, confused, or stuck in shame
You want to connect with others who understand and learn tools to navigate grief, guilt, and fear with compassion and clarity.
The Virtual Process Group for Pre-Licensed Therapists will help you
